Try alternative title "Three Seconds" for subtitles in English. Dunno what the film's like, but John Savage is in it. I think he was in Star Trek or something.

using mkvtoolnix stretch subtitles by .959183 and should work perfectly, seems they are made for 24fps not the 25fps 1080p rip on here

Actually its WAY worst than I thought, its like 2500ms at the start, one of the next scenes about 2-3mins in its 6500ms then at 5:30 its already at almost -15000 delay, this is pretty bad and making the movie quite unwatchable without constantly adjusting the subs not sure if they were done for 30fps copy where these are 25fps or what but its getting that bad im going to try using mkvmerge to stretch the subs and make it sync up because this is ridiculous

Unfortunately they are out of sync only watched 5mins so far but it seems to range between -2500ms and -6500ms delay its a shame there are no official subs from what I can see I think this is a user translated one but thankfully I can at least watch it now and get the gist of what they are saying, cheers

its in russian pretty easy to see on the media info "Russian 5.1" and I cannot find english subs anywhere unfortunately
